Larissa Moessmer advises national and international companies on all aspects of intellectual property, competition and health regulatory law.

She specialises in the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defence of claims under competition law, trademark law and design law.

Another focus of her legal practice lies in the life sciences and healthcare sector. She has special expertise in the field of health regulatory law and health advertising law as well as in all questions related to digital health, telemedicine and cannabis.

Larissa is co-head of Osborne Clarke Germany’s Lifestyle Products focus group, which covers topics relating to food law, cosmetics law and cannabis law (CBD, medical and recreational cannabis).

Her clients include national and international companies from the life sciences, telecommunications and media sectors.
