Benjamin P. Sheppard is an associate with the Allentown office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., where he represents both growers and retailers in the cannabis industry, as well as employers navigating the complexities of cannabis law. Mr. Sheppard’s deep understanding of the intricate balance between state-specific and federal regulations helps with represent both retailers and growers in the cannabis industry.
